Reservations/Bookings

Reservations can be made at any time. Changes to reservations can be made at any time but are subject to date availability with in the currant rental season. (May 1st - Oct 15th). Reservations can be cancelled and a 100% refund will be provided if made with in 72 hr or three days of the booking date. Not applicable if booked less then 30 days before the pick-up date. Reservations can be made by calling our local number. Listed on our contact page. Or book by e-mail.

RV Rentals Alberta and its parent company Rent eh Tent Canada Ltd reserves the right to refuse rental services to anyone.

Reservation Deposit

50% of the rental costs is require at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. On receipt of reservation and deposit, a confirmation notice will be sent to client. Reservation deposits can be made by VISA, MasterCard or cash.

Final Payment

All rental charges must be paid for in full, 30 days, before the scheduled equipment pick-up date. Payment in full will be required at the time of booking on all rentals made with less than 30 days notice of the pick up date. Unpaid rentals at the 30 day period will be cancelled. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, or cash. GST extra.

Cleaning charge

$100.00 cleaning charge (minimum charge) ***NOTE: We reserve the option of refunding the $100.00 if the trailer is brought back in as clean condition as it was given out.

Damage Deposit

RV rentals will require a $1500.00 security deposit. The entire deposit or part of it will be refunded when an inspection of all camping equipment rented has been carried out by a Rent eh Tent Canada Ltd supervisor when rental equipment is returned in the same condition as it was received. Refer to "Damage/Dirty/Lost Policy" for full deposit refund explanations in policies. Deposits can be made with VISA, MasterCard or cash.

Cancellations

Reservations can be cancelled and a 100% refund will be provided if made with in 72 hr or three days of the booking date.

Refunds

Rent eh Tent Canada Ltd offers no refunds. Unless other wise specified. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance where available. Check with your credit card companies’ insurance policies when booking with a credit card.
